Young Preschool 2 - 3 years
Children at this age have endless energy and unlimited curiosity. Our Young Preschool program is designed to allow children opportunities for exploration, physical movement, and begin the development of self-help skills. We challenge children with developmental appropriate activities through learning centers and circle time. Our Young Preschool curriculum is focused on the introduction for a variety of art media, creativity, and vocabulary development. Children in all age groups are encouraged to continue their learning as they explore our wonderful outdoors.
Preschool 3 - 4 years

Children at this age enjoy social interactions with their peers, as well as begin developing critical thinking and self -regulation skills. Children become more engaged in group activities such as acting out stories and cooperative play. With this in mind, El Camino Preschool fosters and environment that nurtures social skills and encourages confidence in children. Our preschoolers have the opportunity to explore learning centers, participate in dramatic play and work in groups. These activities help children develop a sense of belonging and share the excitement of learning with their peers.

Pre - Kindergarten  4 - 5 years

Our Pre-Kindergarten program focuses on concepts to prepare children for Kindergarten. El Camino Preschool offers a variety of self-directed activities which encourage children to become more independent as well as structured teacher-directed activities which focus on concepts and experiences to prepare your child for Kindergarten. Our curriculum includes small and large group activities, writing, math concepts, creative arts, science exploration and an introduction to literature concepts.  Children in all age groups are encouraged to continue their learning as they explore our wonderful outdoors.
